Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 14-day right of withdrawal (consumers)

You may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from delivery without giving any reason.
To exercise the right, email shop @ ghm.lt within 14 days and return the goods within 14 days of your notice (or provide proof of dispatch).
We refund within 14 days of receiving your notice; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of shipment.
You bear the direct cost of return shipping unless the goods are defective or otherwise provided by law.

2. Condition of returned goods

Handle the goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are liable for any diminished value caused by excessive use.
Return goods properly packed with all accessories and documents; where reasonably possible, in the original packaging.

3. Exemptions

No right of withdrawal for custom-made or clearly personalized goods; sealed goods not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons (once unsealed); sealed software/audio/video with broken seal; perishable goods; and other cases provided by law.

4. Faulty goods & guarantees

If goods are faulty or lack conformity, we will repair, replace or refund at our cost. Please email shop @ ghm.lt with your order number and evidence (photos/video).

5. Sample withdrawal form

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the following goods: [items], Order No. [No], order date [date], delivery date [date].

Name, address, email, bank account (if applicable), date and signature.

6. Return address

Note: please do not send returns to the registered office without prior confirmation. We will provide the correct return address and instructions by email: shop @ ghm.lt.
