Ordering on GHM.lt is straightforward: add products to cart, confirm delivery and payment, and we’ll take care of the rest.

1. Order

Select products and click “Add to cart”.
Review your cart and the preliminary delivery fee.
Create an account or sign in; provide your name, address, email and phone for order updates.
If you plan to collect from our Kaunas warehouse, please arrange a time in advance at [email protected].

2. Delivery

See full details on the Delivery page. In short:

Courier (VENIPAK) – delivery to your address, with tracking and prior notification;
Parcel lockers (Omniva) – convenient 24/7 pickup; size/weight limits apply;
Warehouse pickup (Kaunas) – free of charge, by prior arrangement.

Lead times: in-stock items are dispatched within 0–2 business days; back-orders typically take ~7–14 business days (we’ll notify in case of exceptions). Details on Delivery.

3. Payment

See all options on the Payment page:

Bank transfer against a proforma invoice sent by email;
Online banking via Paysera (redirect to your bank environment);
PayPal with your PayPal account.

All prices include VAT where applicable. We issue invoices for all purchases (email copy available on request).

4. Order confirmation

After payment you will receive an email with order status, stock confirmation and estimated delivery date. Please ensure your phone number is correct for courier/SMS notifications.
