Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions (the Terms) govern distance sales between the Buyer and the Seller – MB Renovus (legal entity code 304330849, VAT No. LT100010356315), registered office: Draugystės g. 17-1, LT-51229 Kaunas, Lithuania (GHM.lt or the Seller). Email: shop @ ghm.lt. The Terms are drafted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. Contract formation & orders

A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.
You must provide accurate and complete data and update any changes promptly.
We may refuse an order on reasonable grounds (fraud, non-payment, breach of Terms, etc.).

3. Prices, payment & invoicing

Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are shown before checkout.
In case of obvious/technical pricing errors, we may correct them. If the price changes after your order, you may accept the new price or cancel for a full refund.
Available payment methods are listed on the website. Orders are processed after payment unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery & transfer of risk

Delivery options and lead times are shown on product pages and/or the Delivery page.
Risk of accidental loss/damage passes upon delivery.
If a parcel is not collected and returns to us, re-shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

5. Buyer & Seller rights and obligations

Buyer obligations: comply with the Terms and laws; pay for the order; accept the goods; keep login data secure.
Buyer rights: receive goods that conform to the contract; withdraw within 14 days (see Returns); submit quality claims.
Seller obligations: fulfil orders lawfully; ensure conformity; refund where required by law and these Terms.
Seller rights: change assortment, prices and Terms; limit site features; refuse orders on reasonable grounds.

6. Consumer right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from delivery without giving any reason. See the separate “Returns & Refunds” page for details.

7. Warranty & non-conformity

Consumers enjoy the statutory legal guarantee (minimum 24 months unless stated otherwise). In case of lack of conformity, you may request repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination with a refund.

8. Intellectual property

All website content is owned by the Seller or partners and may not be used commercially without prior written consent.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., loss of profit) arising from the use of the website or purchase of goods.

These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law. We may amend them by publishing an updated version; changes apply to orders placed after publication.
